I need a person who has not had a dental cleaning for 5 years and with no major medical conditions to be my patient on Saturday December 8th 2018. I have to perform a screening to see if you have enough buildup on your teeth to do my test out. Screening will be on Wednesday December 5th from 5 30pm to 7 30pm and on Thursday December 6th from 2 00pm to 8 00pm. Screening will take a maximum of 30 minutes. If you have what I need for my exam we will take X-rays and I will pay you money and clean your teeth.Screening will be done at Lewis and Clark Dental Clinic5800 Godfrey Rd Godfrey IL 62035
