Responsibilities include Touring and leasing apartment homes Contacting and following up with all leads Utilizing my.mckinley.com to engage with residents Ensuring all units are sparkled for resident move-in Completion of all new move-in files Track and monitor pre-leases Set up take down of mini model units Posting ads on Craigslist and other online resources as determined by your Manager May be required to do community outreach Top customer service and relationship building while adhering to Fair Housing standards as well as McKinley standards. This position is tailor made for the individual that seeks a well-organized sales management environment that is high energy and motivational and truly results oriented. Top candidates will demonstrate professionalism through communication both verbally and written. Overnight travel may be required.
