Hello Im looking for 5 Cosmetologist & 1 Barber (or) a Cosmetologist that can do Barbering as well as a sixth person to rent (6 booths) I have in Lakewood at a new salon. This is located in a prime area accross the street from the Lakewood Mall in Lakewood Ca. 90712. Lots of client traffic. The Two Salon Suite will have the grand opening on 03 29 14 first come first serve. need upscale stylist that can do what ever walks through the door. You will have 24 hour access to the facility. The suites will have (for now) Two-Dryers - and - Two wash basins (PER SUITE)..They can be interused on either side if needed. The rental will be 250.00 p week with a 150.00 deposit. If you start on the 1st of the month the first 250.00 will be due at your closing shift on the end of that weeks cycle and every week theirafter but we can discuss that further when needed. Their is a lunch room provided washer and dryer restrooms air-conditiong and an option to rent a swipe card machine for your clients to pay your fees. this is a professional environment and will stay as such you will have to provide all your essentials (supplies) and equipment with the exceptions of wash bowls and dryers (some cabinet space will be available and possibly more with private cabinets for locking up your things. You will also be responsible for your own tax filing and W-9 as a self employed independant worker and maintain your license in good standing in the state of California. Other professionals will also be in the building and you can network if you d like to. I plan on having a flat screen in each suite soon and will help all of you promote the business. ( such as flyers etc...) With that said a little about myself.....I m an honest and fair person I also hold a Cosmetology license in CA since 1986 I can do whatever walks through the door because I was once told .. ( You limit your possible income as a Cosmetologits if you tell someone (i dont know how to do that).... I will try and assist anyone that needs help persuing their education in this art..
