Carpenter Needed
Looking for a professional personable worker who is well experienced in construction carpentry. Needs to be able to meet with homeowners make repairs and report work back to home office. Good communication skills and organization is a must. Seeking a full time or part time employee who can keep appointments Mon-Fri between 8am-5pm. Saturdays also available if desired. Flexible schedule. Pay 12- 20 hourly depending on experience and job performance. Commission also available for referrals. Previous work in construction carpentry is required. Needs to be able to work independently and keep appointments punctually. Needs to be able to recognize and repair rotted or damaged wood siding doors windows and trim on homes. Personal utility vehicle is preferred. Company work vehicle and gas card available to the right applicant.
