This is a temporary position. RESPONSIBILITIES Review and adjust incorrect invoices shipping errors replacement of materials not meeting company specifications cancellation of orders and engineering changes Order materials supplies equipment and services such as maintenance repair and or administer purchase contract (ensuring compliance after contract is awarded) dollar values purchased are generally modest amounts Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and in the event of problems trace shipments and follow up on undelivered goods confer with suppliers concerning late deliveries. Compile records to prepare purchase orders for procurement of materials ensure prompt placement of assigned orders in accordance with established policy Maintain and review computerized or manual records of items purchased costs delivery product performance and inventories Enter customer orders in system issue job orders Research inventory shortages and issues including BOM errors data entry and scrap issues QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of purchasing and or scheduling experience required Associates degree in business management or related field highly preferred additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree Experience with Microsoft Excel required MRP ERP experience preferred Manufacturing experience preferred MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
