Looking a free companion dog

I am a diss able old person seeking help to get a Compaion dog registered with the state of Pennsylvania because I have anxiety PTSD bipolar and other mental issues so I am looking for a small dog that will keep me company because I live by myself and I need to help me so that I don t feel so lonely but I need some buddy to help me register the dog and get the doggie also please help me to get a companion dog so that I don t spend the rest of my days alone and feel as if I always want to harm myself
