Job Summary Primary function is to act as liasion between Agency and the community regarding community and customer needs. Responsibilites include development and promotion of home health programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human financial and equipment resources. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED preferably College Graduate Skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal organizational skills ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with all the staff the lay and professional public the Board of Diretors Advisory Board and Medical Director. Environment and Working Conditions Works under a variety of conditions in facilities and offices ability to travel locally ability to work flexible schedule some exposure to unpleasant weather. Physical and Mental Effort Sitting is required . Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and courteous manner at all times. Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines. Essential Functions Provides assistance to the Marketing Team monitoring statistics and helping make weekly and monthly quotas. Coordinate organize and plan events for the Marketing Department. Verify and follow up referrals. Maintain the Missed Visit Log. Pick up and distribuate mail to the office staff every day. Ensure the company vehicles are clean maintained and are filled with gasoline every day. Carries out other duties as assigned by the Administrator and Operations Manager.
