I am looking for a female or single mom to rent a private room in my 3500 sqft home located in Chesterfield off of winterpock rd. The room is in my finished basement and has a private entrance and private bathroom. Share of the kitchen as well as most of the rest of the house is an option as well as the in ground salt water swimming pool. I do have some other posssible options that can be discussed as well. My home has alot to offer. I have 2 children 17 and 9 so must be ok with children and dog friendly. Outside smoking is ok. I am offering short term lease options to start with longer ones possible after. 1 month rent in advance is required plus 1 month depost (can be split up in first 2 months). Utilities included.
