Right on Lake Conroe at Landing at 7 Coves. I have two timeshares for 1 each. One is in the summer and the other is non-summer. These are each two bedroom two bathroom units right on the lake. The best thing about these timeshares is the bonus time program. With 30 day notice you can purchase unlimited extra nights. At only 57 for a one bedroom or 71 for a two-bedroom unit. During an off-season you could rent many units and have a reunion. The transfer fee is 200 to get it into your name but I will pay half of that if you buy both.
