General Responsibilities The qualified candidate will have the ability to lead a group of 4-10 participants through a Monday Thursday lunchtime Cardio & Core combo class at our off-site facility. Participants are open to a format change however. Qualified candidates will have an outgoing engaging and friendly personality as well as a strong focus on our members. We are seeking candidates who are interested in building relationships and creating a community with our members. Responsibilities -Provide a fun engaging and safe workout throughout the class -Provide modifications for each exercise -Greet introduce and welcome participants -Educate participants concerning safe exercise techniques and constantly monitoring safety -Acquaint new participants with class procedures -Deliver the class in a fun and interesting manner -Monitor proper form and technique using positive reinforcement -Promote classes and assist in promotions and events -Stay after class to answer questions and interact -Obtain substitutes as needed Position Requirements AFAA Primary Group Exercise certification or ACE Group Ex cert along with experience teaching bootcamp or similar style classes. If you are also certified as a personal trainer (NASM NSCA ACSM) that is also beneficial.
