On-call security wanted

We are a downtown music venue who is looking for people to help out with our big shows. This will be a part time gig and will pay 8 hr. We need someone who will be available during the week at night and on weekends. We need someone who will be able to work security for our big concerts and music shows that can handle themselves in busy situations.
