They are both clean but they do smoke (only once a night) so you will need to be okay with that. They both work and or go to school. We are quiet and have never had any noise complaints. Looking for someone who is laid back easy going and an overall nice person. My lease will be transferred to you (12-month period) and you will have to perform a background check through the apartment complex.
