Hello I need a part time position immediately in DC Md or VA su

I do not have any work experience in a medical office but I will have a medical certification in billing and medical terminology soon. I also possess a BA in print Journalism and I have done free lance writings for a Virginia Community Newspaper In addition I have a paralegal Certificate but I have not been able to get a job in the communicatins or paralegal field so I dediced to do medical certification my mom is very ill and I am getting older and need to become independent . If there is not a small medical dental eye clinic anywhere that does medical billing willing to offer me a part time job I will be willing to do some volunteer work assisting with your medical office billing and other office duties to gain some medical office experience. I would appreciate any reasonable offers or suggestions. Thank you Ms. Senitra McCombs
