Seeking Local Work w Small Business - Online Assistant Hi I am looking for a local small business or someone that is in the process of starting a small business to assist you online with general day to day duties. I am in the Lakewood Long Beach area. I have many years of experience running a small business office. Just a few of the main duties include customer service data entry advertising ordering estimating etc.... Up until recently and for the past 5 years I have been working with a friend who owns a small installation company. I have helped him grow the business from the beginning by setting up a website and getting his business in front of customers with social media and online advertising. I have created accounts and relationships with local manufacturers and have been ordering all materials needed for various projects. I handled all of the day to day customer service duties such as answering calls and email inquiries quoting installation and repair costs scheduling appointments and processing payments.
