Looking for a small dog

I recently loss my 17 year old Chihuahua last month. Been taking it real hard. I am seeking a new companion. A small dog that does not shed a lot of fur. I live in a high rise apartment so the dog must be indoor and out but mainly indoors. Must have all shots be good with people and kids. Not a heavy barker. Must be house potty trained.
