single family house wanted

Me and my fiance are looking to rent a 3-4 bedroom house in Fort Worth. We are relocating from Lubbock Tx to Fort Worth. We are able to pay up to 1500 mo. Would like to rent from an individual. Will explain upon request. We have the money for deposit and are willing to first and last months rent. We would like to be moved no later than the first of April sooner if posible. Prefer rental to be hassle free wish to pay money and be able to move. No realtors no property management agencies. We are moving so I can get into college there. Fiance is self employed and has income coming in monthly. Need w& d hook. Would like two bathrooms but not required. No children so school district doesn t matter.
