On-call security wanted

We are a downtown music venue who is looking for on-call security who will help us out with our big shows. This is a part time gig and the pay is 8. We need someone who is available during the week at night and on weekends. You will primarily be working big concerts and music shows so we want someone who can handle themselves in busy situations.
