Business Intelligence Developer

This is a contract-to-hire or contract position. Client prefers a local candidate but will accommodate a traveling resource if they meet the job requirements Responsible for defining designing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) technologies and services to enable the analysis of data to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business requirements. Develops business intelligence solutions using Business Objects Qlikview and Tableau technologies. Assists in the development of an enterprise analytical and self-service ad-hoc reporting environment. Assists the BI Specialist in leading the business intelligence solution development life-cycle development of BI standards templates and procedures. Possess a deep understanding of our customers and how they are using data to drive their business and achieve their goals. Serve as a mentor to entry BI developers in assisting to create a sustainable analytics ecosystem. Must-Have Skills For the Job 1. Bachelor s degree in healthcare or information technology or an equivalent combination of education and or experience. 2. Minimum of three (3) years experience in Information Technology BI Development PL SQL Tableau Business Objects 3. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare nomenclature required. 4. Strong proficiency in leading technical projects assignments and analysis. 5. Interfaces with director level and staff positions. 6. Experience working with multiple healthcare business disciplines including Operations Finance Clinical and Administration. 7. Excellent organization analytical interpersonal written and verbal communication skills. 8. US citizen or green card holder
