Personal assistant

Seeking a HIGHLY motivated personal assistant . Experience preferred.Job Description 1. Manage calendar and schedule2. Setup and create spreadsheets and input data3. Prepare reports as needed3. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying faxing mailing and filing.4. Arrange travel and accommodation arrangements 5. Run errands as needed both business and personal6. Monitor deadlines of personal matters (pay bills rent appointments etc)7. Walk dog8. Perform other responsibilities assigned Qualifications Bookkeeping skills a must. Problem solving skills desired. Someone who is flexible and willing to accept challenges.
