All shifts are available including part time and on call. Duties include but are not limited to Interior exterior foot patrol.Observe and report suspicious activities and personsReport daily activity and take photos using wireless technology for checkpoints and requirements with immediate synchronization in real-timeReport violations in accordance with site specific rules and regulationsEnforce site specific rules regulations policies procedures and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistanceReduce the opportunity for crimeCheck for safety hazards lights out property damage and vandalismCheck all gates fences and entry points Respond to alarmsRespond to noise complaint Qualified Security Officer applicants will meet the following criteria High school diploma or equivalent required.Must possess a current California Guard License. As a condition of employment employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer pre-employment drug alcohol test.As a condition of continued employment employee must maintain current active status of all required License at all times and must carry the license at all times while on duty.Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative wireless technology at client specific sites.Previous experience working at a residential community is a plus.
