Seeking Superstar Volunteers for Homes4Homeless Crowdfund Projec

Are you bothered by the sheer number of people who are homeless or at risk to be homeless Individuals single parents or families Maybe you ve experienced it in your lifetime Maybe the statistic that 25% of our Veterans are homeless In my case I m a Veteran and I ve been homeless so I have a strong sense of what they go through. There are resources but they are stretched thin. Just to be on the HUD Section 8 list can take years and years more before one can actually get the voucher. Even services to help with bills can be overwhelmed. This is why I am launching a crowdfunding project to address the homeless problem. My goal is to buy a variety of properties including mobile parks that have empty homes just sitting there. These homes will be provided rent-free to qualifying people as part of a plan to help them get back on their feet working with the community such as the VA workforce centers etc. The properties themselves have positive cash flow which will allow for me to afford to cover the bills the people have until they can be able to start paying rent.
