Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents regarding their child s accomplishments and academic progress ensuring success for each child in our care Create a loving connection with the children Maintain an interactive and fun classroom. Maintain classroom records as required under state licensing and food program requirements along with ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom or gym Job RequirementsResponsible for the safety of all children in the group is paramount Maintain a structured academic learning environment An understanding of all current state and local regulations Ensure classroom is in compliance with State regulations Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work Ability to stoop and bend lift to 40 lbs. and stand up to 95% of the day Impeccable references and a proven track record of caring and nurturing children so as to ensure their educational success Actively engaged with the children at all times Develop opportunities to positively interact with the children Required Education Experience 1 years of experience working in a licensed preschool Must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age education and experience 2 years of early childhood education experience highly preferred CPR First Aid Certification.
