This position is to assist in summer programming in the Teen Center. Essential Responsibilities Assist Teen Center Staff Great customer service Ability to lead activities with Youth Work effectively with limited supervision and take directions from management Skills and Competencies Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong customer service orientation Ability to interact with all levels of staff Technologically savvy in handling of administrative practices Strong verbal and listening skills Self-starter with ability to manage own work with minimal supervision Detail orientation and high work ethic Results orientation with a sense of urgency and can-do attitude Able to handle confidential and sensitive information Position Requirements Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent College degree preferred 21 years of age required Required training certifications First Aid CPR preferred but can train Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls and talk or hear.
