Construction Manager Requested start date ASAP Responsible for all aspects of bidding and construction contract securements. Must be able to read and understand plans specifications and handle subcontractor coordination. Prepares wage and benefit schedules for local region in-conjunction with corporate payroll department. Develops and maintains relations with local customer base. Provides for contact administration and cost documentation. Will become proficient with company s computerized estimating system. Works directly with owners estimators architects engineers and subcontractors. Reports to local manager. Prepares monthly estimating reports detailing projects bid secured projected closings future work to be bid. Must be able to work with and develop job control systems project scheduling equipment utilization productivity analyses and material handling. Attend weekly meetins and make presentations associated with weekly activities for local region.
