No known leaks and all is in good working order... 6 ft living room slide 13 ft awning ducted ac heat outside shower couch recliner queen bed Shower tub combo with sep toilet wall mount for a t.v tires are in good shape with a new spare factory cd player 27 gallon holding tanks carpet and lanolim are in fair shape... This is a aluminum structure so it is lighter and in my opinion a better sub structure than wood...Recently had systems ck by r.v dealer-all good..
