DRIVE BY INSPECTOR

I am looking for a courier to take photos of occupied and vacant homes in the nashville area. you will cover a total of 5 counties. You will need a digital camera with geotagging laptop with printer gps reliable fuel efficient car and the ability to meet deadlines and a very flexible schedule. You will be paid per stop and have approx 1000 stops monthly. You need to be able to provide your own fuel cost and pay is on the 15th of each month. This is a 1099 position and avg inspectors make 2500-3500 monthly. This can be full time or part time depending on the speed of your work. Must have a smart phone and communicate daily for updates on progress. No experience is necessary but must be a fast learner.
