Showroom Sales ConsultantWe are currently seeking a qualified candidate to be our Showroom Sales Consultant in our store located in Charlotte North Carolina. Our Showroom Sales Consultant will assist our rental customers in selection of furniture by determining color and style preference. Essential duties will also include explaining to our customers the features and benefits of our products the advantages of renting pricing security deposits along with delivery procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience as well as experience qualifying prospects over the phone networking and cold calling potential customers and closing sales in person or via the telephone. The ideal candidate may also have experience developing proposals and conducting follow-up service calls to determine current and future customer needs Requirements To be considered the ideal candidate must have Previous (1 years) inside sales experience (furniture experience a plus) A high motivation and a winning attitude Exceptional customer service skills Must have good communication skills Pay high attention to detail Great organizational skills PC competency Ability to multi task Ability to work 40 hour a week schedule including Saturday s We offer a competitive base salary along with commission a comprehensive benefits package featuring a full complement of medical health selections including life accidental death dependent life short and long term disability employee assistance program 401(k) and profit sharing educational assistance vacation and holidays.
