Up for sale is an Official First Day of Issue of the Bicentennial Two Dollar Bill commemorative put out by the Columbia Mint back during this Nation s Bicentennial in 1976. I purchased this commemorative back then & I ve had it ever since This note has the front of a brand new Series 1976 Bicentennial 2 (FR-1935-C) attached to the back of this commemorative. This note remains uncirculated & the signatures on this note are Neff and Simon. The Serial Number on this note is C11761440A. The front plate is E21 and the back plate is 22. This note was also issued out of the Federal Reserve Bank in Philadelphia (C-3). This Bicentennial Commemorative also contains a 13-cent postage stamp with Independence Hall on the bottom half and a 13-star flag on the top half of this stamp. This Commemorative has a USPS postmark with PHILADELPHIA PA 19104 on the outer part of this USPS postmark with APR. 13 1976 in the middle part of this postmark. This USPS Postmark is stamped over both the Bicentennial 2 Bill and 13-Cent stamp.
