38 Summit Camping Trailer

1994 Summit camping trailer. It has two tip outs and a 10 X30 room addition with a wood burning fireplace attached to the front of the trailer. There s a master bedroom on one end of the trailer and a room on the other end with four bunks in it.There is a pull out couch in the living room and the kitcken table can also be made into a bed. You can sleep nine people in the trailer. It comes with a wooden shed a club car golf cart and all the furniture in the trailer and in the extra room. All the pots pans dishes and utensils are also included. You ll be camping as soon as you unlock the door. It has a refrigerator microwave furnace and a hot water heater. The trailer is located at Lakeland Campground in Milton Wisconson. This campground is about ten miles north of Janesville on Lake Koshkonong. There is lake access from inside the campground. It s on a large lot with plenty of parking in front and behind the the tralier. There is a pool tennis and basketball courts and a park for the kids on the property.
