Villa del sol apartments now for SALE I am in search of a new home Hello I am a 56 year old woman that has resided- happily at Villa del sol apartments for 7 years. I received notice that the property is being converted to Condos. I need to be out of my apartment on August 31. I am a cheerful responsible person...no drugs I do not smoke or socialize at home. I do have a Twenty four year old daughter who resides in orange county but visits me off and on - Short stays. I have been employed in the same job for 2.5 years A General Manager for a retail store on El Paseo. My credit is not good but my income is good. My current landlord will give a good reference. I have two very small dogs both under 13 pounds. I prefer to pay about 700 a month. Square footage does not matter. A one bedroom apartment Casita small house -or a separate living environment adjacent to a house would be ideal. Due to two Little dogs a daughter that pops in and out and privacy I think a separate living quarter would be best.
