A garment industry company in Manhattan is looking for a multi tasking organized attention to detail and accuracy responsible individual to become part of our growing company. Experience in accounts payable accounts receivable and general bookkeeping are needed. Responsiblity -Data entry (QuickBooks Excel Word and Company Software) -Check Processing -Processing daily bank deposits and go to post office for pick up mails -Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations -Filing all accounting materials -Calling Customers on A R accounts for payment or past due invoices -Perform various A P duties including Entry of invoices Match to the purchase order and receiving documentation Invoice payment processing Vendor relations. - Inventory adjustment -Correspond or communicate with vendors when necessary to correct or modify invoices received. Assist with processing of employee travel and expense reports -Assist the Controller for assignment -Perform other duties as assigned by management.
