Host families Needed for International Students

Kaplan has moved to Downtown Rooms needed in caring San Diego host families with extra bedrooms who would like to host international students from a Downtown English language school and be compensated for room partial board. Supplement your income by putting empty bedroom(s) to use by sharing your home with students from all over the world and gain a rewarding experience at the same time. Our home-stays provide a room (bed desk lamp closet chest linens and towles) and some meals (simple self-serve breakfast and dinner only) to students and a little loving care and English conversation. We have single (one student in a room with one bed) and twin (two students in a room with two twin beds) bookings. Students book homestays from 2-32 weeks. Most bookings are 4-21 weeks. Please have wireless internet access and laundry facilities (in the home at the complex or close by-walking distance). Homestays may be in a house apartment or condo and families of all sizes (even 1 family member) are welcome to apply. We are looking for home-stays in Pacific Beach Mission Beach Clairemont Bay Park Fashion Mission Valley North Park Golden Hill Serra Mesa Normal Heights Downtown Linda Vista Little Italy Old Town Hillcrest Uptown Bankers Hills University Heights South Park Mission Hills Kensington City heights and Point Loma. Must be willing to host students from from a variety of countries.
