Hello We are looking for a single family home in or around Prosperity Church Highland Creek (mallard creek church road) University City area Huntersville 15 mile radius only)We are a married couple with one child no pets non smokers.We have great references employment history no criminal background college educated. would prefer something at least 3 bedrooms at least 2 1 2 bath in a quiet safe clean neighborhood (prefer a 2 car garage) and fenced in back yard.Our lease is not up until the first of August hoping to secure a great home within the next few weeks. We are interested in a home only (no townhouses or condos).We can sign at least 2 year lease for the right house.
