I m a 46-year-old single white female looking to rent a room for me and my dog Meaux Jeaux (Mojo). I would like to reside in a safe pet-friendly community. All I ask is that there is NO DRUGS NO DRAMA NO CONVICTED FELONS OR BUSY TRAFFIC (e.g. People coming in all hours of the day and night). I m outgoing quiet responsible clean and hard-working. I would like to find someplace within walking distance to Codding Town Mall or reliable public transportation. I just moved back to California after living in the deep south (Louisiana and Texas) for twelve years. I m looking to start over with a clean slate. I work full-time in the security industry. I love sports especially NFL football (49ers Raiders). I m well-educated. I hold a bachelors degree from Sonoma State and a masters from Grambling. I m a non-smoker non-drinker and I attend church when my work schedule permits. I would like to room with someone who s laid back easy going has a great sense of humor non-judgmental and doesn t sweat the small stuff.
