Technicians needed to repair Apple products to include iPad iPhone and iPod s as well as non-Apple cellular phones and tablets. Replace batteries cracked screens home and volume buttons digitizers LCD replacements etc. - Perform troubleshooting and repair on mobile and tablet devices - Effectively manage time and resources to control costs and enhance efficiencies - Communicate effectively with internal and external customers - Responsible for engaging and connecting with each customer to provide a positive shopping experience - Providing a thorough sales experience while delivering product knowledge and suggestions - Recognize customer cues in order to assess their needs and enhance their shopping experience - Seek and confidently communicate current product features and benefits to customers - Contribute to a positive work environment - Previous experience in repairing iPhone and iPad LCD Digitizers a plus but not required - Previous experience in retail preferred - Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team - Self-motivated with the proven ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision. Part-time openings. 12-31 hours a week. Available hours from 10 00 am to 9 00 pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday from 11 00 am to 6 00 pm. Troubleshooting and mechanical skills are required.
