Desired Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in the field of computer science information systems or computer engineering 10 years overall work experience in the technical industry preferably in IT Technical Operations organizations in supporting worldwide enterprise infrastructure systems and applications 5 years experience in a technical project management role managing cross functional projects end-to-end implementation and deployment Extensive experience in IT infrastructure managing large scale infrastructure project implementation including servers networks SAN and NAS databases data warehousing and enterprise applications. Experience in data centers build out and migration supporting different environments dev test QA staging and production etc. Experience designing implementing and maintaining network (fiber wireless RF) and telecom based technologies Experience designing planning configuring and implementing video conference solutions. Understanding IP networking of video conferencing and associated protocols Experience with Security Baseline Standards corporate information protection policy and IS change management processes. Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Able to implement and lead the BCP process from inception through all phases Experience in virtualization technology implementation to support a top notch corporate IT infrastructure and enterprise applications. Project Management experience on automation projects including field instruments electrical equipment RTU s PLC SCADA. Experience in SLA OLA development for desktop support server and network services. Experience in planning organizing and facilitating both strategic and tactical programs using the standard PMO framework and processes. Facilitation of governance process for prioritization of infrastructure IT project portfolio. Extensive experience in project program management procurement resource management scheduling planning deployment support and training including experience in working within PMO Change Management and Governance types of environments. Excellent understanding of process management improvement practices change management process operation services. Knowledge of common network protocols architecture (TCP IP IP routing the OSI model VLAN) and their relevant security issues Excellent training and presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices both oral and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross functionally with other leaders Experience working in a global environment leading teams located in multiple regions.
