The Marriott International HQ located at 10400 Fernwood Road Bethesda MD 20817 is currently hiring an Director of CRM Marriott Rewards Program.Responsibilities include The Director Marriott Rewards Programs & Promotions leads development of Marriott Rewards program strategies structure and promotions on a global basis to cultivate loyalty among Marriott s most profitable guests in alignment with Marriott s overall brand strategy and key customer targets. The Director is responsible for developing global promotions to shift share manage the growth of Rewarding Events and modify the program structure to ensure financial health of the program. This position has core accountability for 1) Manage and modify as needed program structure to ensure financial health of the program while meeting the needs of members brands and owners. 2) Ensure the development and implementation of Marriott Rewards and The Ritz-Carlton Rewards global promotions (eg. Program Structure ( 2 B liability 800 million in redemption revenues) Program Finances Modify program point structure to ensure financial health of the program while meeting the needs of members brands and owners. Manage develop and recommend changes to policies related to hotel categories and inventory controls to ensure balanced redemption demand across hotels Evaluate and change the earning and redemption structure for the program including developing new point levels for new hotel brand and or partner redemption opportunities. Respond to day-to-day questions from executives at owner and franchise organizations on the performance of Marriott Rewards at their hotels. Present financial performance of Marriott Rewards at hotels to small to medium sized owners.Research Monitor member perceptions and develop program enhancements to create the most effective loyalty marketing program.
