A solid door from bathroom to living kitchen area. 4 channel stereo. Solid oak cabinets plenty of drawers and storage places throughout. New lament floor. 2 propane tanks quick recovery hot water heater propane heater furnace ice cold A C & comes with brand new in the box A C unit. Propane refrigerator does not work but comes with brand new medium sized refrigerator with freezer. Spacious kitchen counter with double sink no water rot solid spigot. Gas stove. 2 gray water tanks 1 black water tank and 1 fresh water tank. Comes with 30 of 3 solid sewer pipe with connections. Anti-sway bars and trailer hitch included. Power tongue jack. 4 levelers. Comes with two sets of wood steps metal steps work fine but wood steps are much easier to get in and out with.
