There s 6 months left until the 1 year lease is up for renewal so in the unlikely event that you don t like it and need to move then you wouldn t have to wait very long. The location of the apartment complex is great and the managers told me the complex is 94% occupied so there s a good chance this apartment won t stay on the market for very long. The apartment is on the second floor and the windows are at an optimal position and angle for the view and sunlight. Close to multiple beaches the very closest of which is the gorgeous and renowned Laguna Beach It s only a 10-15 minute drive. It s an awesome beach Definitely worth it Directly attached to long biking and walking trails on both sides Beautiful landscaping on the apartment grounds. Drive past purple flowers spread across the hillside on the left and birds of paradise as you enter the complex (when in season). The grounds house a variety of plants including pine trees. The water sprinklers ensure the grounds remain lush and the plant life strong and healthy. Numerous great hiking spots and trails within a short drive Walk along the mountain top trails and behold a truly magnificent view Within walking distance of a high school. Within walking distance of a grocery store and numerous other shops. Within walking distance of a dentist office right across the street. Dozens of small parks nearby all of them well maintained. Tons of power outlets The living room bedroom and kitchen all have one or more outlets on every single wall side. There s more outlets here than I could ever see a person needing. Great water pressure and the water has always heated up quickly in my experience. Close to Irvine the cultural and economic center of the area and one of the most interesting and safest cities in the United States. Irvine is home to economic giants like Blizzard Entertainment Taco Bell HQ and various others. Managers have been friendly every time I ve interacted with them and maintenance has always been quick and responsive. Spacious interior. I feel like I ve got more space than I need. Internet access is fast. I ve never seen it slow down during peak hours. Neighbors have seemed friendly when I ve encountered them. Climate is always warm pleasant and sunny. Good for safety Community pool Community laundry room Beautifully decorated and tasteful clubhouse for hosting large get togethers Fitness center. It s fairly small but it s nice to have. A medical center within walking distance The pictures I included here of the apartment were taken before I added in the furniture and appliances. In order to get a proper feel for the space now you d need to just come and see it yourself. I am willing to negotiate more if you would like to. I have already moved out of the apartment and am living on the east coast in Virginia. I previously had a couple of renters who ended up not having good enough credit to fully transfer the lease this past month so I had to ask them to move out which is why it is available again. This time around I m being more careful and requiring a full lease transfer therefore you must fully qualify in order to get the apartment. Once transferred the lease will be fully under management control and I won t be involved anymore. The apartment is great and it s location is about as good as you could ever hope for. It s close to a lot of great places. I enjoyed living in it while I was there. The only reason I moved out was to pursue my own business ideas back home on the east coast.
