We are the second owners of trailer used very little gas & elec stove fridge heater hot & cold water everything works no leaks. Hitch weight is 425lbs. Tows great Stabilizer tow bars and heavy duty hitch comes with trailer. Selling because we dont have time to use it enough also has a nice awning that covers the front of the entry. Have owned trailer for 15 yrs. Still Very Nice Shape.
