This 1966 Harley Davidson Electra Glide FLH is a full ground-up restoration. It has only been rode 328 miles since completion. The Harley is mostly original with some major improvements. The engine was rebuilt using S& S 80 Jugs S& S 90-1020 Heads S& S Internals and a S& S Lower End. It has the original numbers-matching lower case. The engine has excellent compression. The engine breathes through an S& S Super H Carburetor with S& S Super Teardrop Air Cleaner. The electronics were updated using a Cycle Electric 12 Volt Generator Mallory Billet Distributor and Dyna Ignition. The oil pump is an S& S Model with an added Drag Specialties Oil-Filled Gauge. This extra power is transmitted to the rear wheel through a belt driven transmission. Starting the bike is accomplished by either using the new electric starter or kick-starting it. A smooth ride is ensured by Progressive Suspension rear shocks and front springs. To keep you glued to the road a set of Avon Gangster 90 Series Whitewalls wrap themselves around the classic chrome spokes. The drum brakes are new as well. Creature comforts such as a LePera Saddle tall handlebars and chrome floorboards round out the package. All the work was professionally done with no expense spared.
