3D Artist Needed

I need an artist to create a 3D map of an island for me. It s for a book I m having published this summer. I will discuss compensation as well as the island shape and the various landmarks on the island with you. You must be willing to surrender all rights of the map and agree that the payment you receive when you turn over the finished product will be the final payment you receive of any kind for the map. The pic in the ad is somewhat how I want the art to look. BTW I would like some sort of sample art from you so I can see your skill level. And please let me know about how much something like this might cost. Thanks
