Job SummaryCut prepare and insert insulators into the stator irons Check stator irons on core loss tester Perform wire prep (making coils) winding harnessing and labeling Identify electrical configurations of all motor types Modify or reconfigure motor to fit the demanded application Manage work flow process to connect with order component kitting to ensure priorities are set for build schedules (flexible) Perform quality control testing after the stator is wound Spot quality concerns and bring to attention of supervisor Use good housekeeping and organizational skills to maintain a safe and clean work area Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities as a Motor Winder Technician Cut prepare and insert insulators into the stator irons Check stator irons on core loss tester Perform wire prep (making coils) winding harnessing and labeling Identify electrical configurations of all motor types Modify or reconfigure motor to fit the demanded application Manage work flow process to connect with order component kitting Set priorities for build schedules Perform quality control testing after the stator is wound Spot quality concerns and bring to attention of supervisor What We Need from You (Our Requirements) Good housekeeping and organizational skills to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Dependable with reliable transportation able to report to work on time every single day. Works well independently or as a team able to function effectively as part of a team. Be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Very teachable willing to learn and understand equipment operation along with company manufacturing procedures.
