Coating Line Assistant (Lebanon OR) Resume needed Swing shift is from 3 30PM -12 00AM and the position would be working swing shift for 4-5 months out of the year and then would go back to day shift for the remaining months and helping out in our manufacturing department.MEASURES OF SUCCESS Read and record temperatures of dryers and seed through all stages of coating process.Read and record humidity levels and air temperature of dryers.Perform de-coating and durability tests every 2 hours.Read and record moisture of coated seed every 15 minutesReport any out of limits reading to the coater operator.Retain and file all seed samples.Keep work area clean at all times.IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES Strong organizational skills with attention to detail ability to effectively multitask.Good math skills required ability to precisely follow instructions.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills preferred.Must be able to clearly communicate with others.Must be able to write clearly so test results can be understood easily.Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the work day.Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
