You will be joining a lawn maintenance crew and given the responsibility and training to service and or maintain our clients lawns on a regular basis. We are looking for an individual who will be able to professionally represent WFL Turf Services Inc. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Prior experience in the industry is preferred but not necessary. You MUST be drug-free self-motivated 18 years or older able to work well with others able to work 8 hours outdoors able to lift and or carry up to 50 pounds for short periods of time AND have a VALID (not suspended) driver s license class E with a GOOD driving record have a High School Diploma or Equivalent Due to the business that some of our clients provide we require background checks random drug testing and motor vehicle reports DUTIES may include but are not limited to -- Operate vehicles and powered equipment such as mowers tractors twin-axle vehicles leaf blowers chain saws electric clippers sod cutters and pruning saws. Mow or edge lawns using power mowers or edgers. Care for established lawns by mulching weeding grubbing or trimming edging around flower beds walks or walls. Use hand tools such as shovels rakes pruning saws saws hedge or brush trimmers or axes. Prune or trim trees shrubs or hedges using shears pruners or chain saws. Gather and remove litter. Maintain or repair tools equipment using hand or power tools. Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks driveways parking lots fountains planters burial sites or other grounds features.
