MAACO of Dorchester has immediate opening for AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION DAMAGE REPAIR SHOP APPRAISER Well established DRP collision and production shop has immediate opening for an experienced MA Licensed Appraiser. The position requires assisting customers with the complete repair process writing estimates writing supplements contacting insurance companies ordering parts and updating customers with repair status. This position requires a high level of organization ability to multi-task and have great customer service skills. Requirements Must have minimum 3-5 years experience with insurance claims. Proficient in CCC One & Audatex estimating software. I-Car Certification preferred but not required. ABS & Mitchell a plus. All eligible candidates will be contacted.
