Needing land for livestock and poultry

We are a husband and wife with no children. We are looking to rent a home or land (need electricity water and septic). We have a fifth wheel we could live in. Our main concern is having enough grazeable land for 5 horses and two small steers. We also own 3 dogs (they don t come in house we keep them crated in our garage when they are not outside with us) we have 30 chickens for eggs no rooster. and we have 1 outdoor mousing cat and two special need indoor cats but both have never had an accident in house and are declawed. Our farm is selling and we havent been able to find the right place to buy so we want to rent or lease for awhile so we can take our time finding a place. We are the kind of people who take pride in keeping a nice house and keeping the property maintained at all times. We are very picky about how the property looks including neighbors. We don t want to live next door to someone with barking dogs or junk on their property. We like peace and quiet and we are christians who believe in making the world better and we believe in taking care of what God offers us. Since we are looking short term like 6 months to a year we would be open to renting a place for sale thats empty. You will get the benefit of a couple who will take care of your place and ease your worries about it setting empty and theft and we will be keeping it beautiful for showing. My husband is an ex narcotics detective and I am a horse trainer and ex EMT. We don t do drugs or drink and we believe in simple living and doing it as cost effective as possible. We just need enough land for grazing our horses and somewhere where we can set up a 50ft round pen so we can continue training our horses. Thank you for your time. Serious inquiries only please.
