Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and evaluating projects according to the predetermined timelines and budgets set forth by their specific client s requirements. They are responsible for building and managing project teams reporting progress to the client and management and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycles. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Partner with client on all sales and ordering of deliverables. Manage project development from initiation (sale) to closure (delivery). Be accountable for project results. Work with clients and company to complete project outlines and requirements outlining scope goals deliverables required resources budget and timing. Provide a project schedule to identify when each task is scheduled to be performed. Clearly communicate expectations to team members and clients. Act as a mediator between clients and team members. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle. Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change requests. Determine if external resources will be required to complete project plan. If required acquire the necessary resources. Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to team members and client. Lead coach and motivate team members on proactive basis. Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution. Ensure all project documents are safely archived following the project completion. Creating project objectives to achieve the final goal. Representing the client s interest Providing independent advice on the management of projects Risk assessment Making sure that all the aims of the project are met Making sure the quality standards are met Essential Requirements 4 year degree in business engineering or related field. 2-5 years work in project sales or operations management (preferably in the Oil & Gas industry). PMI Certification is a plus. Job Specific Skills and Attributes Excellent communication leadership problem solving and analytical skills required.
