Community Manager We are currently seeking a person with experience as a multi-family housing community manager for a mid-sized apartment community in Florence KY. The property is occupied in the 90 s and offers affordable housing. Job Details Description The Community Manager is responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day operations of the property. This includes both resident relations directing the office and maintenance staff coordinating a vendor relationship and reporting to superiors. This position has an important purpose it is to have management direction on site to successfully meet the financial objectives of ownership and management to protect and maintain the value and integrity of the asset and to be responsive to any all applicable government agency standards and requirements. Qualifications Experience includes but is not limited to Must be professional-in communicating with direct reports clients management . Must be a LEADER-The ability to assume leadership and take initiative is essential Managing personnel-At least 5 years experience is preferred Leasing-Must have a comprehensive understanding and in compliance with Fair Housing standards approving applicants based on criteria and manage staff to do the same. Collections-Proven success is preferred. Resident Services-Must be able to provide excellent customer service but still hold clients to the terms of the lease agreement Coordinating and overseeing maintenance of the property-This includes having a good relationship with vendors contractors Budgeting Capital Improvements Information Reporting-Must be proficient in written and verbal skills and be experienced in using Microsoft Word Excel Compliance with all laws company policies and all other applicable partners Must have a strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills It is a must to be able to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks without constant direction-Flexibility and ability to move from one task to the next and ready for work plans to change is the success of our industry Must maintain a professional personal appearance Yardi software experience preferred-but not required Compensation Hiring Please submit resumes by responding to email provided.
