Operations Manager

Due to the growth in business this well established company will be hiring someone to move the company to the next level by introducing implementing and managing new systems and procedures. Ares of responsibility will include warehousing supply chain assembly coordination with Sales staff development and also managing field staff.. This is a hands on position with increasing growth in responsibilities and scope. Required background will include 8-10 years of related experience. BA BS preferred. A background in Lean business practices and an MBA are desirable but not required. Northern NJ location.
